Welcome! It takes a lot of courage to consider therapy and I’m excited that you are here. Whether it is your first-time trying therapy or you’ve dabbled in it in the past, meeting with a new therapist can be scary. Coming out of our shells, feeling our feelings, and facing life’s messy moments head on can be even scarier- I get it.

So why bother? Well, because we know that doing so can lead to positive changes. Luckily, you won’t be doing it alone. As your therapist, I will become part of your care team, your #1 fan and a person that can help you move through the discomfort. Some individuals come to me seeking support for their previous mental health diagnoses, while others may feel “stuck,” overwhelmed or disconnected and are looking for a path forward.
