My Approach

At its core, my approach to counselling is warm, relational, client-centred, and trauma-informed.

I recognize that every individual brings their own experiences, challenges, strengths and goals to the therapeutic space. For this reason, my clients and I work collaboratively to identify a therapeutic approach that is as unique as they are.

I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities to help clients gain a deeper awareness of themselves, leverage their strengths, make shifts towards their goals and leave with tangible tools to help them navigate their worlds.

While vulnerability is scary (for myself included!), I believe that the magic truly happens only when we are willing to step outside of our comfort zones.
